RETURN OF GOODS

Refunds or exchanges of goods (without changes) are made if serious differences between the goods and the information on the website are detected.The returned goods must be free of traces of use, and its original appearance and all consumer qualities must be preserved.The company refunds funds minus the cost of delivery and money transfer. The transfer is credited to the customer's account within 10 working days from the date of return of the goods.The responsibility for the safety of the goods during shipment until the company receives it lies with the client, so we recommend using delivery services that insure parcels.To get a refund, you need photos with proof of the reasons for the return.

EXCHANGE OF GOODS

The buyer has the right to exchange the goods for a similar one from the seller in the event: If the goods for any reason did not suit the customer and were not used, and its presentation, consumer properties, labels, seals are also preserved.Exchange and return of goods is possible:

• If 14 days have not passed since the date of purchase, the goods have no traces of use, the packaging, presentation, and consumer qualities are intact.

The goods are not exchanged in the following cases:

• If the product has been used and defects are detected or is not fully complete.
• More than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase.
